Printing, Installation, and Removal Policy
Effective November 2, 2026 ยท Version 2026-11-02
Advertiser responsibilities
The advertiser supplies final, legally permitted, print-ready artwork and arranges and pays qualified professionals for printing, installation, and removal. These costs are separate from AdCurvo's campaign charge. Do not order production until the owner has confirmed the measured advertising area, artwork, material/adhesive, placement, and installation/removal access arrangements in the campaign conversation. Confirm supplier pricing, insurance, preparation, and any damage responsibilities directly with the supplier before work begins.
Owner responsibilities
The owner confirms authority to use the truck and approves suitable materials and placement. Provide accurate dimensions, disclose surface or paint conditions that could affect adhesion/removal, and arrange safe access to the truck with the advertiser and installer. Do not approve work that obscures windows, lights, registration, safety notices, ventilation, food-service equipment, or required signs, or otherwise violates vehicle, traffic, or local rules.
The owner is not required to print, install, remove, or pay a supplier on the advertiser's behalf. AdCurvo does not dispatch installers or perform the work. Any separately negotiated service must be documented and must not silently alter the saved campaign charge or owner earnings.
Before delivery starts
Agree installation and removal appointments, approved artwork/materials, placement, access, surface preparation, and who attends. Take dated condition photos before installation and after installation/removal where practical. Resolve material changes before applying the advertisement. An owner may stop unsafe or unapproved work and should immediately explain the issue in the campaign conversation.
Once installation is complete, the owner records when and where the approved ad was professionally installed and confirms installation in the app before starting delivery. Online payment must also be confirmed and the booking must be within its agreed delivery dates. That confirmation is an owner report, not an independent AdCurvo inspection or workmanship guarantee.
During and after the campaign
The owner reports damage, peeling, route/schedule interruptions, or any issue that prevents agreed display. Participants coordinate repairs or changes before work; do not assume additional costs are included. After the campaign, the advertiser arranges professional removal at the agreed appointment, and the owner provides reasonable agreed access. Document final condition and report disputed damage through Support with evidence. Responsibility for damage depends on the facts, supplier agreements, and applicable law; it is not automatically assigned to the owner merely because the vehicle is theirs.
