AdCurvo is operated by Himanshu Pandey, an individual based in Milpitas, California, USA. References to “AdCurvo,” “we,” or “us” in these policies mean Himanshu Pandey operating under the brand AdCurvo.

The service and your account

AdCurvo connects advertisers with truck owners offering advertising space. You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and authorized to represent any business you register. Provide accurate account and business information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell AdCurvo through Support about suspected misuse. Do not access another person's account, bypass reviews, or submit fraudulent bookings.

AdCurvo provides the marketplace, booking records, communications, and payment administration. Truck owners provide the agreed advertising space and truck access. Advertisers arrange the physical advertising work described in the Installation Policy. AdCurvo does not supply printing, installers, or removal services.

Listings, approvals, and bookings

Owners must have authority to offer their trucks for advertising and describe dimensions, rates, schedules, and availability accurately. Business and listing approval is an AdCurvo marketplace review, not certification of insurance, legal compliance, vehicle condition, installer qualifications, or audience size.

A request is not a confirmed booking until the owner approves it. Approved dates reserve the truck's advertising space subject to these policies. For online-paid bookings, delivery must not start until AdCurvo confirms payment and the owner confirms installation. Changes to dates, creative, materials, placement, or delivery must be agreed in the campaign conversation before work proceeds. A message does not by itself change the saved price or dates; contact Support when the booking record also needs correction.

Prices, payments, and earnings

Review the advertising amount, AdCurvo service fee, and total before submitting a request or paying. The accepted booking quote is saved for that booking. Printing, installation, removal, and any separately arranged services are not included in the campaign charge. Do not assume taxes are calculated or remitted by the app; any applicable tax collection and disclosure must be settled before the transaction.

Online campaign payments are collected for AdCurvo through Stripe. Paying AdCurvo does not immediately pay the owner. After recorded delivery start, AdCurvo reviews the booking and may release the saved owner earnings to the owner's connected Stripe balance. Release requires eligible payout setup and no unresolved payment, refund, or dispute restriction. A transfer to that balance is not a bank payout; Stripe's payout timing and account requirements apply. No automatic bank-arrival deadline is promised. AdCurvo does not describe these payments as escrow.

Sandbox payments are tests and do not create real charges or earnings. A participant's manual payment report does not establish that Stripe collected money. Do not pay twice because confirmation is delayed; contact Support with the campaign number.

Advertising content and delivery

Advertisers must hold the rights and permissions for uploaded artwork, logos, photos, and claims. Advertising must be lawful, truthful, and substantiated. Do not submit deceptive, infringing, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful content. Owners may refuse unsafe or unapproved placement or materials. AdCurvo may reject content or suspend a listing/account for policy violations or payment risk.

Owners must provide the agreed placement and operate according to the agreed schedule, communicate material interruptions promptly, and record delivery progress truthfully. No specific sales, impressions, traffic, or route exposure is guaranteed unless expressly included in a supported booking agreement. Delivery notes and photos are participant reports, not independent GPS or audience verification.

You retain rights in your uploaded content. You authorize AdCurvo to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate the marketplace, review listings, support bookings, and handle disputes. Published listing photos are visible in discovery; campaign creative and conversations are restricted as described in the Privacy Notice. AdCurvo needs separate permission to use private campaign material in marketing.

Cancellations, problems, and service changes

The Cancellation Policy and Installation Policy form part of these Terms. Report problems through Support with the campaign number and relevant evidence. Use the campaign conversation to coordinate with the other participant. Nothing here removes mandatory refund, consumer, privacy, or other legal rights.

AdCurvo may restrict access for fraud, abuse, safety concerns, or legal requirements. Restriction does not automatically erase booking history, resolve refunds, or remove existing obligations. AdCurvo will publish an updated version when these policies change and request renewed acceptance for material contractual changes before new bookings. Do not apply revised terms retroactively to an existing saved agreement.
