Information we handle

AdCurvo handles account names, email addresses, password hashes, verification and recovery records, session/security records, and saved workspace preferences. It also handles business profiles and contact details, optional permission evidence, truck photos and listing details, favorites, drafts, booking dates and prices, artwork, messages, delivery notes/photos, support cases, reviews, and administrative audit records. Avoid uploading identity documents, card details, health information, or other sensitive information that is not needed for your listing or campaign.

Stripe processes payment credentials and payout onboarding information directly. AdCurvo stores payment and connected-account identifiers, quoted amounts, provider status, transfer/refund records, and webhook receipts needed to administer payments. The app does not ask you to send full card or bank details in its forms or messages.

Hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request times, and error or access logs. Uploaded images are processed into sanitized images; do not rely on that processing to remove private information visibly shown in a photo.

Why we use it and who can see it

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify email, recover access, review businesses and trucks, display approved listings, manage bookings and conversations, process payments and owner releases, answer support requests, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

Approved, published truck listings are shared with signed-in marketplace users. Unpublished drafts and favorites remain private to their account. Booking details, campaign artwork, messages, and delivery evidence are available to the booking participants and authorized AdCurvo operators where needed for review, support, payment administration, and dispute handling. Business permission evidence is not published in discovery. Do not put personal information into a public listing unless you intend it to be visible there.

We use Render for hosting/database services, Stripe for payments and payout setup, Resend for transactional email, and Zoho Mail for customer support correspondence. The current interface loads fonts from Google Fonts, which makes requests from your browser to Google. These providers process information needed to provide their services under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Information may be processed outside your country. Provider privacy information: Render, Stripe, Resend, and Google Fonts.

We do not use the current app to sell personal information or run behavioral advertising. We may disclose relevant records when required by law, to protect people or the service, or to resolve a payment dispute. Any new marketing or tracking use requires an updated assessment and notice before introduction.

Cookies, storage, retention, and choices

The app uses a sign-in/session cookie and security tokens. Browser storage may retain interface preferences or legacy import/retry information. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in. Payment providers may use their own cookies when you visit their pages. The app does not currently vary its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal.

We retain information for account operation, booking history, support, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, and applicable legal obligations. Some financial, audit, and dispute records may need to remain after an account is closed. Backups may retain copies until their retention period expires. We will not promise immediate deletion of every record. Retention depends on the record and the purpose above; contact us for information about your records.

You can edit your account name and contact Support to request access, correction, account closure, or deletion of personal information. We may verify your identity and explain records we must retain. Rights and response deadlines depend on the law that applies to you. Send these requests to support@adcurvo.com. This service is intended for adults and not for children.
