    Compare the space.

    Explore approved listings in your campaign city. Check advertising dimensions, operating schedules, the owner's weekly rate, and the itemized advertiser quote. Ask about the fit before you commit.

    Send your request.

    Choose a truck, dates, and duration. Add your brief and any available artwork, review the quote, and accept the booking policies. The owner reviews your request; sending it does not mean it has been approved.

  3. 03

    Confirm the details.

    After owner approval, follow the payment instructions in your workspace. Agree on final artwork, materials, placement, and installation and removal appointments in the campaign conversation.

A QUOTE YOU CAN READ

Space, service fee, total.

The owner sets the weekly advertising rate. That rate multiplied by your campaign weeks is the advertising amount. AdCurvo's fee is 15% of the campaign total, rather than a 15% markup on the owner's rate.

The full campaign total is rounded once. Your accepted quote is saved with the booking; it is not silently repriced when a listing's rate changes.

Printing, professional installation, and removal are separate supplier costs. Taxes are not calculated by AdCurvo; confirm any applicable tax arrangements before payment.

PUTTING THE AD ON THE TRUCK

You arrange the professional work.

Prepare and approve before printing.

Supply artwork you have the right to use. Confirm measured dimensions and obtain the owner's approval of artwork, materials, adhesive, and placement before ordering production.

Hire your suppliers.

You hire and pay professionals to print, install, and remove the advertisement. Confirm supplier pricing and damage responsibilities separately. AdCurvo does not supply installers or perform this work.

Keep a record.

Agree truck access and installation/removal appointments with the owner in the conversation. Keep supplier agreements and condition photos. Delivery starts only after the owner confirms professional installation and the required payment is confirmed.

MANAGING YOUR CAMPAIGN

Know what happens next.

When am I charged?

Sending a request or receiving owner approval does not automatically charge you. Review the payment instructions after approval. Where online checkout is available, pay AdCurvo securely through Stripe before delivery starts. Owner earnings are released separately after delivery start and AdCurvo review.

How do I follow delivery?

Use the campaign workspace to read owner updates, see submitted photos, and exchange messages. Notes and evidence are participant reports, not independent GPS tracking or verified audience measurements. AdCurvo does not guarantee impressions or sales.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Discuss changes with the owner before proceeding and contact Support if saved dates or pricing need correction. Cancellation before delivery starts qualifies for a full refund of the online campaign payment, including the service fee. After delivery starts, issues are reviewed individually. Refunds are processed by AdCurvo; separate supplier costs follow their agreements.

What if something goes wrong?

Contact support@adcurvo.com with your campaign number and relevant messages, photos, or supplier records. Do not pay again while a payment is pending confirmation. A support request is reviewed by AdCurvo; it does not itself issue a refund.
